Welcome to PackAPlan ("we" & "our" & "us"). By purchasing a plan or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Our Service.
PackAPlan provides personalised travel itineraries and related guides. All recommendations are based on publicly available information and our personal travel experience. The service does not include booking of flights, accommodation or activities/excursions.

Payment and pricing.
Full payment is required at the time of order. Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be updated at any time. Once your order is confirmed, no changes to pricing will apply to that order.

Delivery of service.
Completed itineraries will be delivered delivered by email in PDF format within 5 working days, unless otherwise stated. Files may be password protected for security.

Accuracy of information.
We make every effort to provide accurate and up to date information, but details such as prices, availability and safety conditions may change without notice. The service is intended as a guide only. Final responsibilities for safety, bookings and legal requirements lie with the customer.

Cancellations and refunds.
Due to the personalised nature of the service, refunds are limited.
Within 48 hours, a full refund will be issued. After 48 hours, but before delivery, 50% refund will be issued. Once itinerary has been delivered, no refunds can be issued.

Limitation of liability.
We are not liable for any loss, injury, costs, damages or inconvenience arising from use of our itineraries or recommendations. All travel is undertaken at your own risk.

Intellectual Property
All itineraries, guides, content and tools are provided and protected by PackAPlan.
They are personal use only and may not be shared, resold or redistributed.
​
Governing Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
