Can I choose specific countries or cities within the region?

You can let us know any key places you’re hoping to visit in the additional info box, and we’ll try to include them where feasible – but flexibility is key to keeping things efficient and exciting. Let us know if your flight is a return, from the same city you started in, although we do recommend two ‘one way’s for the highest flexibility.

How long does it take to receive my itinerary?

Standard completion is 5 working days. If you opt for the FastPack add-on, your plan will be ready, in your inbox within 3 working days.

Who is this suitable for?

Everyone! Whether you’re travelling solo, as a couple, a group or even planning a family trip – our itineraries are tailored to you. If you have specific needs (e.g. avoiding shared dorms, avoiding a country you have already visited), let us know in the additional info box when you order.

Can I request a plan for a region not listed?

If you’re booking the Bespoke package, yes – we can discuss options in the consultation and we can work it into your regional trip.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Yes – we understand plans change. You can cancel:
Up to 48 hours after placing order for a full refund
After 48 hours, you’ll receive a 50% refund
No refunds are possible once your itinerary has been delivered
